      Pros

•50% off Verizon unlimited plans •Accessories at cost + 15% ($3 glass protector, etc) •Get screwed over by upper management on a daily basis.

      Cons

•Upper management is a complete mess. •Commission pay is atrocious, you get $2 for an iPhone sale. (90% of what you sell are iPhones) •You will be taken advantage of and forced to work 6 days. •You will be punished severely if you are unable to attend work for even a single day. •They change the store you work at their will. •They can send you to any store to work without mileage compensation or without consideration of where you live. •Management barely did anything to help protect their employees against COVID. •Management treats employees as disposable.

Excellent leaders move up or away leaving many to scramble to fill the shoes

      Pros

Incredible pay , hard work pays off. Great learning experience and met absolutely amazing people in the process

      Cons

The great leaders moved away or were promoted so high up that you were disconnected. Negative outlook upon upper management because of the poor attitude and" do as I say not as I do "atmosphere. higher ups we already know that we are all replaceable, you really shouldn't remind your employees everytime you see them.

      Shady Upper Management

      Nov 11, 2019 -

      Pros

You have control over what you make with commission

      Cons

Upper management demand and applaud shady sales tactics. For example, there is a screen protector replacement program for phones that gives 3 screen protector replacements, the program costs $80. Regional managers want representatives and managers to sell 2-3 programs with each phone, but only give 3 free replacements still. Upper management also expects us to sell 2 or 3 of these programs to flip phone users, which are mostly elderly people. We commonly see representatives sell these programs to flip phone users and it's for screen protectors that don't even go to those phones. Employees are told to tell them the $80 program is the cost of transferring contacts. This is all caused by recent changes to upper management. And if employees refuse to practice shady sales tactics such as this, they are given write ups for nonsense until they are drummed out or end up quitting. I've personally seen several employees have a mental break down because of regional managers calling and texting them constantly, harassing them again and again. This company was great years ago. But the recent changes to upper management within the past year have made working at this company stressful to the point where it is no longer worth the commission nor tarnishing your reputation by selling the way upper management encourages.

Used to be a good company...

      Pros

Good health benefits, competitive goals, employee plan discounts.

      Cons

No balance in work/ life. Pretty much have to sacrifice your social life to work here with working extra hours. Upper management is a joke, a lot of favoritism. Employees who "can pull numbers & sales" can pretty much get away with anything. There is room for moving up, but after a store manager position youre pretty much stuck unless you know someone. Bad communication skills between upper management & reps. Commission structure is always changing, never constant.

      Pros

Getting to help elderly learn something new

      Cons

Upper management doesnt care about your well being, will happily over work you, possibly make you very uncomfortable if your a woman, hr is not on your side, they will change your commission structure which can drastically change your pay. Even if you are a hard working employee, expect to be used and abused. Advice: find an employer who cares that you are a human being
