It is not a place for people who enjoy staying settle in a day by day professional life.
Just on the contrary, It is a small company that pursue hard tasks. The bar is always on the top. We love to challenge the big guys. Some times it is risky and all the time it is hard to succeed.
But the prize is worthy.
Besides that, the company works under the meritocracy principle. It keeps every body continuously in the growing path and every body can be called for the highest positions at any time.
That is why the company is consistently getting bigger and more competitive.

Besides current model, you should consider to invest in a more recurrent revenue stream which would levarege the company value as well as to demand a sort of structure that is more stable
