I have been working at Goettl Air Conditioning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working very hard with this company for almost two years now, and I am happy to be apart of a great team. I am moving up in the business and it is satisfying to see that my hard work is paying off. There is plenty opportunity for that here.

    Cons

Hard work, but it pays off

    Advice to Management

Keep the good management support up. When we need something it happens

I worked at Goettl Air Conditioning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None this company is terrible, management and CEO are very dishonest people and the sales tactics are extremely dishonest and shady. I wish someone would've secretly recorded the company meetings we had because this company would've been all over the news and out of business by now.

    Cons

Extremely shady sales tactics, we were trained to nicely threaten that we would void their warranty on a new unit if they did not do coil cleanings or buy a $2000 UV light and a $1200 electronic filter.

Will overwork you (60+ hours) unless you are a top sales guy.

They have "all benefits" but they might as well not have any because it's roughly $1200 a month for family health insurance coverage and the company contributes 0% towards them (any decent company pays 50-75% of an employees premium)

    Advice to Management

    Hope you all get fired

I have been working at Goettl Air Conditioning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You're around work, top pay, unlimited leads and anything and everything you need is yours. All benefits paid vacations and a very understanding leader.

    Cons

I suppose, when you're the biggest in town, everybody hates on you. I haven't found much I don't like about this company. We work just as much in winter as we do in summer.

    Advice to Management

    Perfect the tech builder program

I worked at Goettl Air Conditioning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you like to rip people off then this is a great job. Commission based pay means you're pressured to be a con man in an "ethical way" as the management likes to say.

    Cons

Management is terrible and only cares about themselves. They try to take as much pay from you as possible since it is commission/performance based. They get a bigger end of year bonus if they screw the technicians over on pay. Management also refuses to listen to what the techs have to say. Also benefits are terrible (might as well not have any) and if you aren't a top salesman (experience and mechanical abilities don't matter at this company) then you have to work every weekend and don't even get one Saturday or Sunday off ever even if you have a family.

    Advice to Management

None, you're worthless and need to get fired
