    Pros

You'll make great friends there. Challenging work environment supported by people who want you to succeed. You'll learn how to conduct an entire sale, front-to-back, over the phone. Representing multiple insurance carriers and their available p&c products.

    Cons

    Compensation plan changes too frequently.

I have been working at Goji full-time

    Pros

Goji has gone through significant changes over my tenure here, all working towards the path of profitability. The company has made it's fair share of mistakes over it's life cycle, but for the most part they have learned from each mistake. It is a credit to the leadership that they have avoided making the same mistakes twice. The 3 front line managers are very knowledgeable in terms of the insurance industry, how to...

    Cons

My only con would be to keep the business going. They have a very dedicated work force that will do almost anything.

I worked at Goji full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some experience on the phone, use of a CRM (company developed). Learned what not to do in the office.

    Cons

Terrible management, low professionalism, company only cares about performance: you could be hammered and reach your numbers and the company wouldn't care. If you're looking for a job to fill some time this is the spot, if you're looking for a career, look somewhere else. The environment is literally workaholics in the real world. If you have no aspirations or self-worth, you can work here. THEY HIRE ANYONE WHO CAN READ.

    Advice to Management

Maybe hired qualified people with proven experience? Don't allow employees to wear sweatpants and t-shirts. Don't micromanage your employees to the point where they feel like they are being slaved. PAY PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE PROMISED. HR TRIES TO LIE TO NEW HIRES ABOUT THEIR SALARY. I EXPECTED TO BE PAID 39.5K/YEAR. PLEASE TELL ME HOW 14/HR + A FLUCTUATING BONUS ARCHIVES THAT NUMBER!!!
