    Pros

The hourly pay for group classes is much higher than personal training There is a close group of trainers ready to cover shifts whenever needed The installations are great quality Clientelle is constant and motivated Freedom to teach your classes as you see fit! (while following certain guidelines, of course, no cursing in music, no touching members, etc...)

    Cons

Management can be a little disorganized at times.

The management and staff at Golds make it so much fun to work there. They encourage the instructors and I to put together fun events for members to promote classes

    Cons

Could be paid more but it is comparable to every other gym in the area

    Pros

Great team, very supportive, very fun, everyone always willing to pitch in, easy to find cover if you need to be out a class, the pay is good and it's increased for those who work across the bridge due to the bridge fees, managers are always willing to help out if you need it

    Cons

Hard to get a class to regularly teach, but this is not really a fault of Gold's more so just having enough instructors of a certain class available to cover if need be. More logistics than Gold's.

    Pros

Staff and management are great to work with. A lot of really great students. One of the best places for a group fitness instructor to work because the manager is so easy to work for.

    Cons

I don't have any complaints about the gym or the management. Most of the students are really great, but some get a little picky because there are some really great instructors that teach there.
