    I worked at Gold's Gym full-time

    Pros

Good knowledgeable people, strong community within the gyms, and the company cared about your growth. Potential for promotion strong. overall good

    Cons

Some Gyms out of date and in need of renovations, commission structure/salary changes often and not in line with cost of living/competition. Figuring it out. Budget cuts pushing staff to flex schedule as to cover shifts. Cuts in to work life/balance

    Advice to Management

Management within the clubs are working hard with what they have. Keep it up. I saw change for the better happening. Very glad I was apart of it.
