    I would advise that the management would promote the classes they offer to a wider market to attract a broader base of clientele.

    Pros

    It's a great job to be around nice people and work with kids too if you work in the kids room. The employees are all very friendly and helpful and the boss is awesome. She is very understanding and willing to work with you on schedule changes.

    Cons

    Really the only con is that they don't provide many full time position so it's a great part time gig.

    The things I've learned here can stay with me throughout the rest of my life and will contribute to all future jobs.

    Not many real challenges as long as you love what you do. Some challenges may include speaking with purpose to members and learning to calm situations.
