    Pros

    Fair pay and great work environment if you like the gym. Relatively easy work if you are be able and willing to talk to people. Does not want or require you to work more than 40 hours a week.

    Cons

    The gym industry has ever changing pay structures in general. Some opportunities and experiences vary depending on the management at your location.

    Was able to take my children to Kids Zone if during Kids Zone hours while I worked, Free membership

    Cons

    Too big a work load for little pay, Little pay, does not care about employees, not proper training for staff, Management horrible.

    Advice to Management

    Get a proper training going for all job positions

    Professional and relaxed environment. Great place to learn about customer service and athletic training.

    Cons

    There are a few communication and tech issues, but the company is working on fixing the issues.

    Free to workout and discounted services. Work 30+ hours, your spouse gets to workout for free.

    Cons

    Doesn't like housekeepers to communicate with members. Low pay.

    Advice to Management

    Customer service for housekeepers is a must. By communicating we can keep the members coming back by giving them a positive experience.

    Potential for good money is there. If you like the gym environment and are into fitness, there's nothing better

    Commission structure has too many grey areas that allow for others to take your commission with no repercussions.

    Make your own schedule, flexible hours

    Cons

    No on boarding or training as a new trainer, sales team gets most of the commission.
