A lot of the workers sleep with general mangers, fitness managers, people in HR so whenever you have an issue with someone in the company it's hard to speak up because someone is either sleeping with this person, secretly having a baby with this person, or will look at you as the problem due to wanting to keep the person in good standings with not reporting any incidents because they're high in sales etc. Also, a lot of managers cut and bend the rules so much so be aware who you are learning from because it can get you in trouble or fired if you don't know any better. They don't want to hear the truth that major people in management are teaching staff to cut corners or do whatever you have to do to get this customer out of my face vibe. The job can be very stressful and the amount of work they ask from you doesn't really add up in what you get paid so be mindful of the load of work.
