      Pros

You work with great people and get to make your own schedule for the most part if you are a trainer. All of the staff at my gym were fun to work with and did a good job.

      Cons

Upper management (headquarters) has no idea what they are doing and it leads to a lot of miscommunication and unnecessary changes with gym functions.

      Pros

      - Fulfilling work - Positive work atmosphere - Good pay if you are competent and friendly - Very flexible hours - Free gym membership

      Cons

      - Often sporadic, long days - Mediocre benefits - Horrid, every-changing upper management - Got harder and harder to make the same money as first year ($60 per session in 2016 —> $34 per session in 2020) with no explanation other than manipulative, corporate doublespeak

Current Management Is Not Concerned With Their Teams

      Business Outlook

      Pros

I would be lying if I didn't give at least 2.5 stars out of 5 simply because for the most part I had a great start to my fitness career and made a lot of connections and bonds. some pros: *fast career advancement *decent pay once you start making salary and only then *easy to gain knowledge and ask questions related to fitness and supplements

      Cons

Unfortunately, upper management simply is trying to mask their culture issues instead of fixing them. Issues that come to the surface that need to be address rather it be team members or club members is ignored and everyone is supposed to go on their way. If you don't like it, too bad. It seems like it would take the building to burn down until upper management is finally saying "well that doesn't seem ok" some cons: *feedback is withheld *no support from management *when times are good, everyone is praised! when times are slow or even rough, everyone is scared and throwing everyone under the bus just to keep their jobs *no inspiration or motivation to do good or even decent
