    great department and team atmosphere. small community and very inviting. Great pay with opportunity for overtime always available

    Cons

    very small town and need to be looking for that lifestyle. Long hours with lots of overtime.

    Friendly people, close proximity to upper management (depending on your team), fun perks as an intern, location in the heart of downtown Vancouver, fresh fruit delivered weekly

    Good Job, People are very helpful and knowledgeable. Benefits are ok.

    Cons

    Job security. Bonus is limited. Hard to move up in the company, takes years of experience. Feel like a number sometimes.

    Pay your employees with bonuses and awards for the work they do.

    Great company. One of the best employers in Canada. Gives you all the tools you need for professional development. Starting my career here has only opened up doors.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is difficult to gauge what management is thinking but overall this is minor in terms of problems.

    My advice to management is to keep doing what your doing and always keep looking for fresh new talent.
