There aren’t any other then possibly some of the coworkers being fun to work with. Other then that the job is not worth it.

Get treated like a slave, if you’re a good worker you get used and lied to constantly, will always want you to do more work then you possibly can and not compensate you for it. You will get yelled at in front of customers none of the managers scare about that. They also make you fight for a .25$-.50$ raise that may not even get till like a month later

District manager was a jerk always money hungry Company as a whole only saw everyone as an expense DM was a tightwad when it came to giving raises. Took as many as 3 months to get a 25 cent raise. The upper management tried to undermine you when you tried to do the right thing ethically when disciplining a coworker. Made you do all their work while they tried to get the credit when it was good and when it was bad they blamed you TOO MUCH DRAMA EVEN IN MANAGEMENT was worse than 5 year olds fighting in a sand box

Great pay and great bonus. Top quartile P&L performance restaurants get the best bonuses. Free Food! Owner allows and wants you to fix everything and have whatever tools you need to be successful! Many coworkers promoted from within to managers and GMs! 3 weeks vacation per year after 5 years. Very clean restaurants!

55 hours per week although it’s not bad. No 401k. Run low coworker labor.

There was good money to be made when I first started.

They recently changed the server sections, cutting the number of our tables down drastically and adding more work for each individual table; thus creating a more work, less money situation. Guests were displeased at how much longer it took to get drinks and silverware to the tables since it became the servers' job. Doing more work for each table did not encourage them to tip higher and gave us a big pay cut. Giving us a ticket with drinks in no particular order in relation to their seats made it incredibly difficult to know where each drink went and routinely caused mix-ups. These recent changes did not set the servers up for success. Also, the store I worked at was very unprofessional, with a lot of profane language and side conversations about the guests where they could hear. There was also quite a lot of sexual harassment among coworkers that the management was aware of but did not seem to care.
