    you very nice crew to work with.

    Cons

    some of the Manager in golden corral doesn't know how to treat there employees. especially when we change our new system I have been helping the staff how to work it. manager just got back from vacation I was in her way and she shoved me when I asked her our system changed and she said yes I know how to work it then she said move I got this and I was trying to ring up by guest and then she shoved me. Staff always calling out and its hard on other employee when we are stock working long hours and not taking breaks.

    Pros

    Most of my co-workers are pleasant and we try to look out for each other. Other than that I don't have anything else positive to say.

    Cons

    This company is very involved in constantly reducing the amount of staff that each store has. Most employees are scheduled three days per week and are not allowed to work at more than one or two of those shifts. The rest of the time employees are called off of their shifts and told they are not allowed to come into work for their scheduled shifts. Unless an employee is simply here for extra money this is a horrible place to work.

    free food free drinks 10 minute to sit and eat at open or close great co-employees

    Cons

    they mess up pay checks low hours cut hours management is unhelpful and disrespectful to employees lots of work for almost no money hard to get raises broken and unsafe equitment

    Pros

    Co workers. Alright environment. Employee discount for food was very good compared to regular price.

    Cons

    Never got off at scheduled time It was either several hours before or several hours after. Pay isn't enough. Very very rude customers 24/7. Way too much drama between the other employees. Several employees were trashy and have been caught having sexual relations in various places in and around the restaurant. And those employees are still surrently working there.

    Pros

    It was nice to get paid in tips and leave work with cash in my pocket everyday. Also, it was really easy to develop regular customers since a lot of people come there almost everyday.

    Cons

    Management was horribleManagement was horribleManagement was horrible they did not know how to motivate employees or how to keep inventory. We were constantly running out of things such as steak sauce when it is known for being a steak buffet. Managers were just worried about themselves instead of helping out employees when things got busy.

    Pros

    Flexible hours, perfect of a student who has an odd schedule. They will find time for you get get hours in.

    Cons

    Fast-paced, which can also be a pro depending on the person. Management seems to always be busy with something else or talking to each other instead of the employees. Hectic all the time, even seemingly when things are slow.

    They are awesome people to work with and flexible, the weekends are awesome for servers

    Cons

    They have their day shift set and it makes it harder on people who need to work a few day time hours... And when they get spots available for day they hire on old employees and wont move people from nights.
