    Pros

    free food free drinks 10 minute to sit and eat at open or close great co-employees

    Cons

    they mess up pay checks low hours cut hours management is unhelpful and disrespectful to employees lots of work for almost no money hard to get raises broken and unsafe equitment

    Pros

    It was nice to get paid in tips and leave work with cash in my pocket everyday. Also, it was really easy to develop regular customers since a lot of people come there almost everyday.

    Cons

    Management was horrible they did not know how to motivate employees or how to keep inventory. We were constantly running out of things such as steak sauce when it is known for being a steak buffet. Managers were just worried about themselves instead of helping out employees when things got busy.

    Nothing at all never ever

    Cons

    BoB siverly, treats his employees like horribly. He’s racist and sexist. All his employees are under payed and overworked. Costumers are all overweight and can’t fit on the seats and leave the bathrooms like an atomic shish bomb. Management will watch you get harassed and threaten physically and verbally and won’t call police or intervine. Made $8 working nonstop with no breaks for 8 hours a day or lunch

    Pros

    Regular guests became more like family. Which was good as you spend most of your life at work, no life / work balance. variety of food was good.

    Cons

    10 hour days were your short days. Normally 12 and 14 hours long. Staff hours always cut way under budget by GM so management had to fill in and work the hourly positions. Never had enough food purchased to make through until next delivery. Upper management would tell you to make food cost anyway you had to, so that would mean you just would run out or not serve the expensive items. Had to lie to guests why we were out of food. Cleanliness is only a consideration when the health department or CSQ is expected. Failed scores blamed on staff that's set up for failure by GM. Safely is of no concern.

    Strong management with very friendly staff that treated me like family.

    During periods of high customer traffic it was difficult to communicate any issues with management and other staff members

    Pros

    Flexible hours, perfect of a student who has an odd schedule. They will find time for you get get hours in.

    Cons

    Fast-paced, which can also be a pro depending on the person. Management seems to always be busy with something else or talking to each other instead of the employees. Hectic all the time, even seemingly when things are slow.

    Fun, nice staff and managers, great talking with regular customers, fairly easy job and great tips

    Cons

    Sometimes hectic when coworkers call out and you can’t keep up when it’s busy. Although management is funny and nice they’re a bit unorganized

    Pros

    my time off is different from the other managers because of what I do and my responsibility. I enjoy my time with the company.

    Cons

    the upper management love to give you a target to reach and then change the target when you achieve the goal. its never ending- then what happens is the new managers come in and they don't have the skills to achieve these results, so what happens, this whole game of charades is a way of not paying bonuses. then after 7 years you have managers that are Un qualified to run your 4-5 million dollar restaurants- then you see why you have all the customer complaints and ultimately you have negative sales growth---now you have 2-3 million dollar stores.....
