Easy work okay money not work the streas that the manager put on you and make you feel like your worthless

Everything is dirty.tags are out of date you can just put a new one on the item. Mangers don't care are gm does nothing besides give us stupid tasks when we are busy and never helps out customers and if he does he yells at your for asking him to deal with the problem because nof other manager wants to help

It was nice to get paid in tips and leave work with cash in my pocket everyday. Also, it was really easy to develop regular customers since a lot of people come there almost everyday.

Management was horrible they did not know how to motivate employees or how to keep inventory. We were constantly running out of things such as steak sauce when it is known for being a steak buffet. Managers were just worried about themselves instead of helping out employees when things got busy.

Imagine not being able to pay rent because your Manager took you off the schedule for the week even after the manager OVER her said that you weren’t suspended. Management is childish & runs the store off of emotions . NO roution WHATSOEVER, they only look out for the people who’s been there 10 years plus! (That’s what a manager told me directly). You will NOT move up in this location unless your dealing with a manager! Absolutely NO breaks. I ate 3 donuts 15mins before my shift ended & was told to pay FULL price! Management pick & choose who can do what! The managers will NOT give you higher authority contact info so the only way you can get recognition is by writing a review. I got wrote up & suspended for eating 3 donuts & THIS is the reason I quit. Even after this review nothing will be done about this restaurant! If you have bills to pay this is not the place to work if your not highly favored!

I worked there 3yrs and was wrongfully let go. I was a server who went over n beyond to help in every part of the restaurant only to be taken off the floor n put in bakery against many patrons request to put me back on floor . managers were unkind and very nasty unless u were dating them or part of their group.

Holidays tip really good. When people are tipping it’s really good money, days the dont, which is way too often, it’s nothing.

Most people refuse to tip because they’re rude or poor and the managers are typically power hungry
