    Pay was ok but hours are long and 5 and 6 days a week is stupid .

    Cons

    Franchise operators are very understaffed and under paid. No benefits no break from 65 hours a week

    I can make some good money

    Cons

    The management have no type of respect for anybody unless they like you . They talk to you any type of way infront of customers and all . They don’t switch up the floor board it’s NO roution . You can’t talk to managers about any problems because they don't care too even listen . Management run the store to off of emotions . But it’s really no roution most of the time the floor plan is the exact same as the last week and the week before that . They have to be crushing on you for you too get in different sections or to move up in this location . Pay is only 2.13 you don’t get a raise or anything and you do a lot of work .

    pay was not too bad but hours were awful

    Cons

    As a manager hired for Guest services, I was never formally trained and blamed for anything that happened to go wrong including high food costs when I never worked in the food area nor was I trained in that area. Major lack of communication and extremely inconsistant with disipline of employees. Favoritism was rampant.

    There was good money to be made when I first started.

    Cons

    They recently changed the server sections, cutting the number of our tables down drastically and adding more work for each individual table; thus creating a more work, less money situation. Guests were displeased at how much longer it took to get drinks and silverware to the tables since it became the servers' job. Doing more work for each table did not encourage them to tip higher and gave us a big pay cut. Giving us a ticket with drinks in no particular order in relation to their seats made it incredibly difficult to know where each drink went and routinely caused mix-ups. These recent changes did not set the servers up for success. Also, the store I worked at was very unprofessional, with a lot of profane language and side conversations about the guests where they could hear. There was also quite a lot of sexual harassment among coworkers that the management was aware of but did not seem to care.

    There’s no pros for them

    Cons

    Likes to make stuff. Against having piercings for servers. Can’t handle when a little funny between co workers. Terrible hours and pay. Wish for better communication.
