Pros
Nice people and good people help you a lot
Cons
Everything things else sucks, not worth it
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Business minded group of people to be around
Cons
Business minded in a way it can break a person for the benefit of the owner only, it’s a weeding out process. Sales. The more product you sell the more money you make. Hourly vs performance. They believe there’s such a bad stigma around the word sales so they convince you that’s not what you’re doing even though you’re selling a physical product to people.

You get back what you put in!

Success is earned, not given. Kaitlin will challenge you to constantly strive to grow and improve! You are given opportunities to improve your skills and learn new things. This job is not for everyone. To be successful, one must be willing to work hard, have a positive attitude, and be open to feedback. Above all, one must be willing to face challenges without backing down. It can be easy to give up and choose something that may look easier. However, one would be doing themselves a disservice if they were to quit too early! Nothing is hidden from us and everything is out in the open to those who are willing to take the time to ask questions! Kaitlin is a lot of fun and I have learned more from this program than over five years of college! Even if you decide this is not the job for you, the skills learned in this program can and have helped people succeed in their desired career paths!
Cons
The program is intense and is not for everyone! The work can be mentally challenging, but well worth it to those who are seriously looking for a challenge!

Boring Job, Great Opportunity
Nov 10, 2016 - Campaign Manager in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Office Atmosphere! Extremely encouraging, transparent, willing to answer any questions - and believe me, I spent 2 hours with the CEO asking questions to find out if they were actually a pyramid scheme, which they are not and which she happily answered. Training Management Experience Work Ethic Builder Free Travel Opportunities! No cost to join or start selling/recruiting GROWTH OPPORTUNITY. If you want it badly enough, you can stick around and earn serious money. I've been to the national conference and seen the proof of dozens, recent and older in the business, who've succeeded.
Cons
Boring Low Pay Huge Time Investment Slightly Misleading Job Title You're essentially a salesperson. The job is boring - you sell at a booth all day - which is tough to do without quitting. But in order to ever be promoted to Executive Level, where you train others on these sales, you must have this specific experience and proven work ethic over a long time. So it makes sense. Can look a little corrupt - I thought it was a pyramid scheme, struggled to explain job to friends - but upon thorough research by myself using definitions from the US Federal Trades Commission, and after a long talk with the CEO, I personally decided it doesn't at all resemble a scheme.

It's an opportunity....but perhaps not a good one...
Aug 5, 2016 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The morning meetings were usually really fun and generally positive.
Cons
They do not operate by a solid set of business ethics.. The hiring process is very deceptive (which I am not entirely convinced they even understand in those terms...). The systems that they teach you are literally used to hire and train you, which leads to a lot of "impulse" hires, who are blinded by the idea of "controlling your own growth" and "unlimited opportunity." They really aren't focused on quality, but quantity of hires, which basically leads to wasting a lot of peoples time and energy. Honestly, it's feels like a bunch of inexperienced youth, really hopeful and naive, parading around in business suits. That was probably my biggest upset: The fact that they prey on the good intentions of kids in school or recent graduates who really want a future and to make a difference. They're in the business of "building people," but only if you break your back, have limited to no outside obligations, hopefully don't need to meet extensive amounts of rent or bills, and are willing to run your car into the dirt with the constant driving and loading of heavy dirty boxes into it. To all applicants I highly recommend doing your research, ask a LOT of questions, and be VERY honest with yourself. This may be the right opportunity for you or it may not. In my situation it was clearly not. Don't be afraid to stick it out for the right position.

Such a Fast paced Environment!
Jan 4, 2016 - Campaign Manager in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I lvoe how challenged i feel everyday. my last job was alot of data entry and i wanted something more difficult, but didn't really know how to go about that. When i found this company at first it seemed overwhelming with everything i had to learn to get promoted to management, but i have such a good group of mentors willing to help me learn everything! I have been here 5 months and am already close to getting promoted so im really greatful for the opportunity i got to work hard and grow for once
Cons
it is alot of hard work they tell you that right from the get go that its not easy and not for everyone, but i am a very competetive person and that actually appealed to me. once you get good at time management and balancing training with everything else you are good to go!

Pros
They pay based on work ethic. The more you do, the more you make. The environment is amazing and the training is exceptional. I would not trade the knowledge iv gained here for anything. Even if I quit today (which I would not do) I would have learned more here in less than a year than the accumulating years previous in work and school.
Cons
Work can be challanging. It is physically the easiest job Iv ever had. Mental challanges include being accountable to your own growth and adapting to constant change while in training.

great leadership, team environment, and marketing/management experience!
Jan 16, 2019 - Event Manager in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There is definitely room for upward mobility. The leadership is awesome. Kaitlin is fun, knowledgable, and you can tell that she gets to know each team member. Max is sharp and has such useful feedback- he will definitely make you the best version of yourself. The team culture is so supportive. There are team nights once a month that are really great for bonding, networking, and learning from each other. Even the front admin staff are sharp, friendly, and super helpful! I learned so much at this position that I have been able to apply in my career moving forward.
Cons
The position, especially the management training, can be intense; it is well worth it but not for everyone!
