Pros
Employee relationships are some of the best. They are truly like family. When collaborating on projects or just on regular tasks and other departments, for the most part, people work very well together. They can be flexible with your schedule when needed; flexible in general.
Cons
In the past four or five years until present, senior management and and other leaders have changed which is not uncommon when you get a new president as it has happened here in the past. This time around I am not sure what the agenda and mission is because senior management can't seem to get on the same page, and they don't collaborate with people in the trenches doing the work when they implement new software, reorganize departments and positions, etc. As a result, new systems make our jobs impossible to do because there certain pieces missing so we end up doing more manual work and double processing things. If they had worked with the people in the trenches and not just relied on what they thought was best because it worked well somewhere else they worked, then admissions and enrollment would definitely increase. That's what they want to happen, but they are not making the necessary decisions and collaborations to do so, so they will continue to go around in a circle. It used to be an awesome place to work. Now, it's fine. Definitely a good place to start and get more education.
