    Pros

If you show up and do your best, there is ample room for growth. It seems as if you can move up the chain no matter what department you begin in.

    Cons

Sometimes long hours are asked, but if you work for tips, the money is definitely worth it.

    Pros

The people you work with co worker wise are like family.

    Cons

The guests that the casino receives are soo rude to workers. Management i always trying to change things up and they go through directors very quickly there. The pay if pretty low but high for a casino in downtown. Health insurance and vision barely cover anything and the co pays are high. Not soo great.
