Taught me some valuable guest service skills that can be used throughout my future career, EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING AND GUIDANCE THROUGH MENTALLY UNSTABLE MOMENTS (all thanks to the Head Retail General Manager), thorough 4-6 day training, loved that surveillance was always watching over us for our safety, security/state police response time was very quick, had some of the most wonderful, kind-hearted, caring, and understanding guests (which were surprisingly most of the time millionaires and/or billionaires).

Issues with "bullying/harassment", kind of "clique-y", never was promoted or given the raise I was promised to become Lead Sales Associate (for 10 months while still preforming 98% of Lead's roles), workers should've been tested on knowledge of product way more frequently to efficiently assist guests, I wish management would've backed me up more with trying to encourage and/or require more respect given to me (considering the fact that I was doing management work), only paid $9.50 per hour, had to put up with extremely difficult billionaire/millionaire guests with high expectations sometimes impossible to meet, received occasional threats from high-roller guests, not for someone with previous "common/lower end brand" sales experience and little willingness to go above and beyond and learn all product knowledge and provide recommendations with credible proof behind selling points.
