I have been working at Golden State Overnight full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The work is enjoyable, as I love to drive. I'd give this company 5 stars if the pay were better.

    Cons

Company pays different drivers different amounts, and it's all very secret. Some people get less than a dollar per delivery, others get close to four. A wide range for similar jobs

    Advice to Management

Transparency in driver incomes encourages strong moral. Instead of drivers developing attitudes about each other because of wage disparity. Which they do.

The work is relatively easy once you get the hang out it and it becomes second nature

    Cons
