    Pros

    Staff super friendly multiple specialties on site (Depends on location) 2 MAs per provider (before covid19)

    Cons

    -No breaks for providers due to amount of patient load -they expect you to see all type of visits from physical to hospital follow ups with 10 mins appointment slots. -Higher management just cares about numbers and not quality -they schedule about 28-32 appointments each day 15 patients in AM and 17 in PM per 1 day -Call center has lack of knowledge of medical appointments (leadership is to blame for this) -patients don't have same consistency with same provider -providers don't last more then a year before they quit and leave -providers that have visas get stuck due to signing contract and are trap due to wanting to get green card but soon regret coming on board once they see management only cares about numbers and don't care of what they think -Overwork -Not enough MDs -Covid19 they increase Telehealth appointments up to 36-40 per day.(because of this has made me come to my final breakpoint)

    Pros

    hours are 8am-5pm, some of the ladies were nice.

    Cons

    Unprofessional. I was told I needed to be tolerant to Hispanic employees.. HR didn't listen when I stated I'm Hispanic as well. Always having some kind of potluck, and can never get work done. Break can be taken at your desk, so your unprofessional coworker can interrupt you while you're on the phone with a patient.

    Pros

    The outward facing mission of GVHC.

    Cons

    - Chiefs are all incompetent - There is no positive culture at GVHC - They could care less about their employees - CEO has been checked out since COVID - plans to retire anyways and it shows - They let the CMO who is the least pleasant person on this planet - run departments that she has no knowledge of. She is also a nightmare of a human and couldn't be nice even if they hired 10 life coaches (good luck with that) - Leadership doesn't care about company moral and ethics - burnout is REAL - The Chiefs act like high school cliques. If you're not "in" their posse they could care less about what you bring to the table.
