    Positive Outlook

I worked at Goldfarb Seligman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large law firm with many leading law practices and highly talented employees. The firm puts an emphasis on employee training and despite being a large firm, has a "small firm" feel within the different departments.

    Cons

Albeit salaries are comparable to the industry standard in Israel, they are lower than in the US and other countries. Sometimes work isn't divided evenly between departments, therefore some work very hard while others suffer from hidden unemployment (especially as an intern).

    Advice to Management

Make sure interns in all different departments get enough work so they have a true opportunity to learn (while my department was an excellent internship and later full time position opportunity, other interns complained during the internship that they weren't given enough work). Also, please find a way to raise salaries!
