    Money, the clients I guess are ok, managements got some real bangers

    The grind, the chaos, getting fired for smoking that green

    None, nothing at all, everything sucks!!!!!

    Cons

    The CEO is childish and has short man syndrome! Upper management are overworked and abused! DSPs are not treated fairly! This employment is very toxic!!! They don’t care about your family or mental health and you are just a body here! When you need help they tell you to figure it out which is not helping at all.

    Pays bonus for picked up time.

    Cons

    Employees are verbally and emotionally abused by CEO Dr. John Pingo. Better not get on his bad side which is his only side.

    Rewarding work supporting individuals with disabilities living their best day to day life.

    Cons

    Long work hours, 24/7 work. No work life balance. Major disconnect between management and I’m home staff causing homes to run inefficiently and clients to receive inadequate care.

    Pros

    Fun, rewarding, and the people we serve are great. The upper management truly cares about us, and the work we do. We feel appreciated. The pay is fine.

    Lack of communication from Network directors, groceries not being delivered in time, and being pulled into hours because DSPs call off.
