    Pros

Great place for people that like to work in teams. The culture of the firm rewards people that are team oriented.

    Cons

Depending on the team you are in work hours may be very long. Also, it is a very political place and advertising on your work and accomplishments is necessary for career growth.

    Advice to Management

Individual team leaders seem to not consistently follow the company leaders initiatives. It would be good for employers to feel that a consistent message is delivered a cross the firm.

    Pros

Very very smart people and you get thrown into the fire right away where you can sink or swim. Anything you want to learn here you can and the name carries a lot of weight.
