Pros
It is a great place to work with many talent people. Usually people are very nice and willing to share their experience to help you at work and your career growth.
Cons
Working hour is generally long and you are expected to work under pressure. It is not easy to achieve work life balance.

- you will learn a lot - teamwork oriented - industry leader - people are open and supportive (but the closer you move to business the more close people are)
Cons
- not the best payer - very hard to get promotion - if things go wrong - people are laid off very quickly and massively - the closer to business to longer hours your work
