    super smart people, people can thrive if there are a go-getter and know how to network, they invest in technology

    Cons

    political as you get more senior, does not always reward the mid-layer that does a lot of the heavy lifting

    -Great benefits, including comprehensive medical/dental and sick time -Smart people and a clear career development path

    Cons

    The pay is not enough for the hours worked/intensity of those hours. Tasks are redundant in ops and volume is high, leading to high turnover. Overall environment of tired, stressed out people.

    Large "well connected" corporation with still-good brand name. Smart people.

    Cons

    Industry is in decline. Pie shrinks each year for most traditional Wall Street jobs. Culture is WOKE with no room for dissent, but also very superficial/hypocritical policies especially senior management.
