    I worked at Goldminer's Daughter full-time

    Pros

Staff is friendly and relaxed while still focused on getting what needs to be done done.

    Cons

Huge overturn of non-skiing employees, lots of people who don't ski don't realize there is nothing else to do but ski.

    Advice to Management

Skiing is the best reason to stay working at GMD! Employees who don't ski/ride are much more likely to leave.

Great people, fun atmosphere, amazing location.

I have been working at Goldminer's Daughter

    Pros

So far all of the accommodation offered have exceeded my expectations. The salary hours have been 35 to 40 hours per week (so far). Work is generally easy for a kitchen position.

    Cons

Low pay compared to other kitchen positions I have had. The work and no work hours are solely focused on outdoor snow activities.

    Advice to Management

The overly relaxed work ethic is a culture that management controls, as long as this is what is desired.
