Great company it's like any other company with its up and downs. Great benefits, vacation, sick time,vacation time, very informing, great election, along with standards. As long as you do your job you have lots of opportunities with the company. Of course you have to pay your dues nothing is handed to you.

Horrible company with horrible management that care nothing about anything except getting their own bonuses. One of the lowest paying distributors.

Some bosses are great. The lower level People are normally great. Job security.

Poor communication all around. Raises suck and they run about every 18 months which is BS. This place has people coming and going all the time.
