I worked at Goldrush full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at sales seems that it's a good experienced. You meet a lot of people you deal with different attitude and how you help them for their needs.

    Cons

Working like on sales you have to be very careful especially it's a new skills for me buying a gold but by learning it there's satisfaction especially if you satisfied your customer on what they want.

    Advice to Management

Just follow the instruction of yous boss and what they want then eveything will be ok.

I worked at Goldrush as a contractor

    Pros

If you absolutely need a job, and you don't mind working 55 hours a week, monday through saturday, going door-to-door, then this might be a temporary job for you.

    Cons

They manipulate people to come to their group interview sales pitch. I was told they absolutely do not have any office jobs available, so, if that's something you're looking for, look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with what you're looking for from the beginning. Advertising your position as "customer service" is very misleading. That's a far cry from door-to-door sales.

    Advice to Management

If you offer a base pay it and don't tell "leaders" to advise against it

    Pros

There is lots of opportunities at Goldrush. These opportunities are available for those who work hard and want to grow with in the company.

    Cons

Although Goldrush is one of the best jobs I have ever had, it has also been the worst job I have ever had. I have never been as stressed out at work as I have been here and they don't offer benefits.
