    Company

    Pros

It is a good company to work for , I have been employed there for 2 1/2 years and the Staff is great , good about your flex hours and your time off when arranged in a timely manner .

    Cons

I would prefer to work at least 30 to 35 hours a week but they don’t seem to be able to supply you with your desired hours . And a lot of the clients see you as a full blown house maid and not a Aide .The company provide you with a plan for care and once in the home , the clients come up with their own plan such as they want you to do outside work , scrub wood work clean up behind their Animals and if they live with a relative , the relative want you to do work for them also , such as do their house work also . The company does not do enough to explain to them we are aides helping you stay in your home and not the mighty maids with what we are paid an hour . They think we are paid big bucks and and they want to work you like a dog like the money is coming out of their pockets , when in reality the government is paying the services and they are taking advantage of a program to keep them at home as long as possible.

    Unprofessional, poor management

    Pros

Not a single one to be had. Counting the days until my contract is over!

    Cons

Management is unresponsive, they misrepresent the job and the benefits (there are none, no health insurance, no nothing). Management does not respond to emails and are somehow always out of the office when you call no matter what time of day.

    Pros

None that I can think of

    Cons

Terrible communication. Initially lied to me about wages but later corrected it without making up back pay. Refused to release last paycheck even after a month. Client was not happy with the management either. Seems like they will send just anyone out to care for their clients. Did not respect client wishes.

    Terrible Management

    Pros

    There really are not any.

    Cons

Job seemed sketchy from the beginning. Doing everything over the phone or online. I never met my employers until I was quitting. Their clients were rude. There wasn't no real line of communication. I would never work for this company ever again.
