    Pros

Amazing people, fun office, a lot of opportunity for exposure to big clients and interesting projects

    Cons

Low pay, you really have to put yourself out there to get yourself on projects. Summer internships are very short, so it's important to start introducing yourself and offering a hand right off the bat if you want to make meaningful connections.

I worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as an intern

    Pros

Renowned ad agency that really gives interns an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in the real world. Had a great time working with my team and famous clients.

    Cons

Tight deadlines and the occasionally difficult work life balance. Success of project really is dependent on team and client.

I worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners (More than a year)

    Pros

The leadership is geat. The office is fun and full of laughs. Despite Goddby's success, it still feels very down to earth.

    Cons

Sometimes it's hard to get stuff pushed through. But that's advertising, right?

    Advice to Management

More work form home days would be nice.

I worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people overall. They truly care about their employees. You honestly create bonds and connections for life.

    Cons

Leadership priorities are all over the place. There are too many account people that haven't had the right training. They also expect the account team to know how to manager the clients and project manage the work.

    Pros

A place where creative and strategy truly sync up.

    Cons

Not a place to skate by. This place is what you make it - must be confident to "do you" - churning out status quo work won't get you noticed by the people that will bring you into future projects.

    Pros

Open space, creative teams and always looking to pick other people's brains for breakthrough ideas on campaigns. Despite their being a relatively young company, they have managed to produce some of the world's greatest ad campaigns of the 21st century, which is why they are able to combine both a fun and loving workplace while still remaining very professional and goal-driven for every account.

    Cons

High turnover, but doesnt' matter as long as you show your passion and dedication for innovation.

I have been working at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I really enjoyed all my time here, they let you work your own way, and let you grow with the larger team. The perks are great, it's really the work that drives the environment and that's why the people are there. To make great work. I really enjoyed my time at GSP.

    Cons

The management style works great for the agency when it's at its smaller sizes. When it grew to near 1000, the management style was a bit too loose for the size.

    Advice to Management

    keep on keeping on.
