I worked at Goodman Fielder full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working hours are very easy, so great space if you are looking to simply cruise 9-4 for a couple of years.

    Cons

Disconnection on what is happening between the top levels of management and day to day employees. Those who have been in the company for several years still seem to believe nothing needs to be improved despite staff turnover, and those who want to discuss and come up with way to move forward will quickly be sidelined.

    Advice to Management

Deciding to kickstart a company through new employees and investment is great, but will not solve problems. Unless you actually intend to engage with those employees ongoing - don't bother.

I worked at Goodman Fielder full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Regular hours, same work everyday.

    Cons

If you think, don't. If you have an idea, keep it to yourself. Also, if you like walking on quicksand this place is idea.

    Advice to Management

Allow people to actually defend themselves than ask them to come into your office and dismiss them like cattle. People aren't bad at their jobs unless you know what the job is asking for.

I have been working at Goodman Fielder full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

For the type of work it paid quite well

    Cons

Awful management, middle management is a joke, awful organisation, only hire temps cause the company doesn't give a f about its employees. Would never recommend working at such a bad company. Additionally most people that worked there seemed to be absolute corporate bastards

    Advice to Management

    Give a toss
