    Pros

    Great team, awesome products, nice office. I was treated well and it really felt like a team. the business has been through some tough times in recent years, but a new management has changed this

    No bonus, staff shop but no real benefits

    GF has strong iconic brands as well as a resilient and dedicated workforce.

    Cons

    The new management team cannot be trusted. They treat people as a commodity and they do not honor their word.

    Live up to the values and treat people with respect.

    Pros

    Great company culture with work life balance, colleagues are very helpful & enjoy teamwork, nice offices, good range of people of all ages, good salary.

    Cons

    Head office location a little difficult to get to if living in Eastern suburbs.
    Many graduates applying for few positions so difficult to get an initial foot in the door.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing - good focus on staff welfare and communication to employees.
