I have been working at Goodman Manufacturing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is good plent of overtime available. You get raises every three months I started out at 14.47 hr. You can bid on better jobs with more pay raneging from $16 and up.

    Cons

I hate the fact you can be bumped for a shift or position by some one that been there longer regardless of experience. Also breaks are short. Avoid line 8 if you can it’s full of drama.

    Advice to Management

    Give longer brakes

    Pros

You will learn as many jobs within the company as you would like to. They believe everyone should cross train and do two to three jobs at the same time. But it keeps you busy.

    Cons

They work a lot of overtime. And you will work very hard. A lot of the time you will feel under appreciated.

    Pros

The job allowed me to work on two projects that made a difference to the company.

    Cons

A lot of desk sitting work and you really need to be proactive as instructions and guidance are minimum, but personally it was not a con for me.
