    Many caring professionals working hard to fulfill the mission - helping people find and keep employment.

    Cons

    High turnover due to hiring people nobody else wants; Goodwill gives them a chance, but many leave quickly due to most entry level positions paying minimum wage.

    Pros

    Bonuses every month if you hit your budget (can be doubled each month)
    Money that's made mostly goes to helping the communities around.

    Cons

    Corporate increase budget every month (if you hit it).
    A lot of micromanaging from corporate.
    Rarely having a weekend off.
    Very very strict.

    Pros

    The pay and the work load. Even when super busy or small staffed the work is not difficult at all.

    Cons

    The rare communication among management. The cliques among management . Favoritism of certain employees from management. No company parties only potlucks that are supplied by everyone.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate and end the cliques.
