I have been working at Goodwill part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I love the merchandise that I promote from the public donations and good deals. It can be a successful career that I have exceeded my goals after being with the company for three years and plan to continue. I find that the company is worth the asset just like I am worth the asset.

    Cons

I find that they never hired the right ethics with structure and with respect. I find that after putting my hard work and dedication never got a good salary that I deserve and earn, as well as not respected as far the balance of my time to be decreasing hours. It is true that the type of employees is all about themselves selfishly and is not way to appreciate employees, as well as secured employee that have been the most better in performance with dignity. I find that management have been very inconsiderate.

    Advice to Management

I find that as long as I have been in Goodwill never hired the proper management with the right ethics and very inconsiderate full of malice. All they think is about their own salary and never made the effort to increase my hour back to the way it was before new management. They never respected employees before the new management and staff that in reality was not worth it but to steal time and money from the employees under with no respect, especially when they have been unprofessional. The management never complied with my work balance equally and compensation as far as raise. They also cannot be trusted to evaluate literally pertaining to the employees under management without having to underestimate and unfairly manner.

I worked at Goodwill full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It's mission; however, very little of the millions of revenue brought in actually goes to the mission, and the services that were offered across the state are now almost non-existent.

    Cons

Poor management that is only interested in their own salaries.
They have destroyed a once great non-profit service organization. Now, it is a sinking ship.

    Advice to Management

    Self-centeredness will lead to self-destruction.
Serve others and you will succeed.
