I worked at Goody's Family Clothing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity for advancement. Easy work. Flexible schedule. Management willing to jump in and help when needed. Side work can be done during shift as it's apart of the job.

    Cons

The women's dressing room!! Sales! Customers get pissy about every little thing during sales. Shoplifting is a concern. Shoplifters don't care anymore.

    Advice to Management

My manager was great. No criticism necessary.

    Pros

    They have really fantastic managers.
They're willing to work with you when it comes to being neurodiverse.
They have a break room for you to go to if things get overwhelming.
    Bonnie was the best.

    Cons

    Some people can be bullies.
    It can get overwhelming, sometimes.
People don't really appreciate it if you hide under tables when you get super overwhelmed. >.<

    Advice to Management

Encourage people to be themselves!!! Or rather, don't stifle others. And pay more attention to the little people who might not seem very important. A lot of times, they're the guys who keep everything going.
