    Pros

    Great pay for no college degree. Benefits are great. Union benefits. 14 day a month work schedule. It's a job

    Cons

    Too many politics and good ol boy network. Union picks and chooses who and when to help. Managers always looking for a write up to get senior ppl out

    Laid back, simple work. Managers are nice. Flexible with hours.

    Cons

    Hours are never consistent. Some weeks are 40 some are 20 hours.

    Great Sales Experience, Fast paced work environment, there are many training workshops for employees who wish to extend their automotive knowledge for the tire business. There are also opportunities to move up within the company.

    Cons

    It is preference to be a full time employee, there are changes if staff often, and sometimes even management.

    Continue to make smart business decisions, and hire employees who want to stay with the company long-term and have previous automotive experience.

    Steady employment. They do not force overtime.

    Cons

    Working conditions. We are loosing benefits every contract. Pay is not keeping up with other companies in the area.
