I have been working at Google full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have 10 years experience in working with different lending companies, I have always been a customer relations type of individual.I truly feel if you deliver a great customer experience you will (more than most of the time) begin a positive long term relationship with a new customer. This company here" Opploans stands behind what they say they will provide to each and every customer who applys, has questions,or even has gripes abt not being approved. They actually call the customer to see what they can do to assist, although we cant lend to them at that time for what ever reason. I think that is phenomenal. The work environment is very diverse, but you would not be able to tell just by the way we all respect each other. New hires come right out of training feeling empowered to do a great job. Eager to take or place a call. Temeka is the director of training, and boy does she get you ready to hit the floor running. Bob O'Connell, walks the floor everyday, and his approach presence is so warm, that when he calls you to his office for a chat, there's no butterfly's jumping around in your stomach. lbs I am very glad I made this move to become apart of a customer and employee caring company that's on the rise.

    Cons

The only downside that I can think of is that we don't have any late night shifts from the office. However we do offer them from home.

    Advice to Management

Jesse is my supervisor, but not the normal micro managing supervisors most companies have. Jesse reviews your calls, your notes, your applications, etc. But all in still he treats the seasoned la's and the newbies with the same respect.

I have been working at Google (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Perks and benefits cannot be beat. For the most part they hire really amazing managers and employees - super awesome people to be around. Plenty of opportunities for growth and development

    Cons

Towards the end of my time there they started hiring managers in my department who didn't fit the company culture and who were horrible to work with and under.
