    Pros

    Family like atmosphere; everyone was genuinely happy to be there and loved the other employees

    Cons

    Closing was a mess, the liquidation reps were awful and made the whole process confusing and annoying
    They made us hate our jobs and dread coming to work
    Had they not closed, I'd still be with the company

    Allowed me to grow in my customer service roll and meet a lot of great people

    Cons

    Horrible work/life balance, no one at corporate seemed to really care about what was going on at the store level, unending drama made it an uncomfortable place to work

    Fun work environment, very nice HQ building, management open to new ideas, flexible hours

    Cons

    Sales were declining like other brick and mortar retailers. Company outlook appeared bleak

    Figure out why sales continue to decline and work harder to turn the business around

    Interacting with people every day made the shift go by fast. It is definitely work because there are so many areas of the store

    Cons

    THERE ARE SO MANY AREAS OF THE STORE - it is usually a mess and doing reshop was hectic

    Pros

    Large stores, a lot to keep the workday busy. Employees were great, always very kind. day busy.

    Cons

    Didn't seem to be too many extra shifts/hours for the part-time employees to pick up.
