    Pros

Great environment, the people who work there are very good at what they do which in turn drives you to be better and evelates your game. Because they are market leader in the e-comm services space it also opens a lot of doors for you.

    Cons

Seems like there was not a lot of room for advancement and some upper management people were not totall accessible.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to taking feedback from middle management on potential changes and a bit less rigid.

I worked at Gorilla Glue (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a growing business, and you can see the results of your work. Everyone is passionate about the products, the brands, and growing the business.

    Cons

LOTS of growing pains, and upper and middle management turn a blind eye to issues. There's no work/life balance: no flexible scheduling, minimal vacation time, low pay. I was expected to be reached all the time. It's difficult to move up - there are politics around promotions, job titles, and pay.

    Advice to Management

Hire new managers for their work ethic, leadership skills, and fit. Make fair pay scales in departments, career development plans, and allow for flexible scheduling (where appropriate).

I have been working at Gorilla Glue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company has grown leaps and bounds within the last year or so. They started off with 20 and now they are up to ~430 employees... that is truly amazing. A beautiful new building! The owners are absolutely genuine, humble and they know EVERYONE'S name. People are truly proud to work here and there is a ton of cross function within departments. I have learned so much here and have amazing opportunities. They truly care about bettering each person and challenging them.

    Cons

Nothing yet, I've had only positive experiences so far

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Company culture here is wonderful.
