    Good team. Breaks. At least pay on time

    Cons

    No opportunity for growth. Instead putting a job on internet company should ask or consider loyal individuals from it's company. Sorry on them

    Be more realistic think every individual as a human being not as a machine. Please respect there priorities too.

    this job has the worst management everrrrrrrrr.. they dont care about you at all. Not enough pay for the bull you have to deal with if you ask me

    They give you the schedule you want. If you like to cook, the discount can be worth working there.

    Management only cares about sales and not their actual employees who MAKE those sales.

    Arrange department meetings so everyone is on the same page.

    Horrid, almost non existent break room. Shifty managers. Poor working conditions.

    Your employees are the core of your business, it makes no sense being condescending if you want top results.

    Employees at gourmet garage are friendly. The staff is friendly.

    There is no advancement. This is only a place you can be just the time you get on your feet or if you need an extra income.

    Advice to Management

    They should review the salaries and create a way to encourage the employees by providing a raise every year and also some benefits.

    Pros

    small office, good location, 50% discount during shift, work mostly alone

    Cons

    disorganized, communication between departments lacks a lot, low pay, no room for advancement, high turnover rate, benefits could be better, micromanaged, no sick days!

    Care more about your employees. Stop being so cheap and you can keep great people on your staff
