    Pros

    stability and flexibility. People are great and engaged. The work is meaningful and the organization is accountable.

    Cons

    Sometimes work can be to systematic and so not allowing creativity to shine through. The hierarchy is significant, and so this is to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    nothing really. More independence and working more strongly within the parameters of assignments.

    Decision-making is not as fast paced as in the private sector
    Unfortunately not the first choice for top graduates partially because majority of the federal government is in the capital city

    it is downtown nice people to work with, it is always good to start with. the pay is good for no experience.

    Cons

    the pay is not that good for 4th year student. not that much stuff to learn. And kind slow. It is always depend on the supervisor.
