    Being a govt department, individual planning will not be entertained unless your an I A S officer.

    feedback from all the employees from bottom to top should be taken because the top brass will not stay in the company for long period.

    no proper promotions as the length of srevice is taken for granted.

    I entered in the govt. service as pharmacist and retierd after 28=2 years of service as Pharmacist only without any promotion

    Pros

    the government has contributed a lot in the past in making the standard of living of the people of the state on par with that of developed nations. I wanted to be apart of this success story.

    Cons

    now a days the administration has been plagued with inordinate delays and that has slowed down the development .there is an unhealthy trend of looking at things through a political or communal prism,and that has effected the decision-making.

    Advice to Management

    promotion policy should be such so that merit shall weigh more than mere seniority. political bias in postings should be avoided .officers shall have more freedom in the delivery of service to the people.
