    Pros

    Very good place to work. You get a lot of training and you get to meet with and interview high ranking Government officials

    Cons

    A lot of bureaucracy, so it was difficult to get things done. No room for growth and it is a very specialized field

    A hands-on experience working in public office

    More freedom than working for a private company

    You get 15 days vacation leave

    Cons

    Salary is never paid on time, it is always paid one-two weeks after the month ends..

    Advice to Management

    Review the process on paying officers

    Officers should be allowed more sick/casual leave days

    The job is simple and there is opportunity to help others.

    Not much opportunity for advancement within the organization or diversification.

    like my clients.my co- workers are freindly and helpful if i make a mistake i can go to them for help.

    i don't like the computer. it always go down when i am half though with my reports. it takes to long to get on .
