    Variety, autonomy, self development, cutting edge technology, knowledgeable colleagues, home and flexible working options, lots of contact with private, commercial and government stakeholders

    Cons

    Salary significantly less than similar position in private sector. Poor technology resources. Being too security conscious is holding back efficient working, domain silos restricts innovation

    Don't let your unreasonable obsession with security stop you from working more efficient and effective.
