    I have been working at Grab for less than a year

    Pros

    Every bit of this company is superb! I am confident to say that my future will be secured and be bright.

    Cons

    So far there is none. But if ever there is any, I'm sure that Grab will do there best to improve any of it.

    Advice to Management

    Continue what you are doing as you are doing a great job! Continue to excel and stay hungry for success!

    Pros

    Grab is very generous to its employees! Fun working environment and great colleagues will drive you to excel.

    Cons

    Very fast paced comparable to lightning speed that most of the time will leave you speechless, frustrated and always keep you on your toes.

    I have been working at Grab full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The company knows how to party. They have a lot of employee engagements which makes the employee feel of working and having fun at the same time. I really love the welcome kit and the Grab Driver Experience, where new hires gets the chance to experience as a Grab driver. The interaction between the driver and passenger really helps the new hires to understand the culture of Grab.

    Cons

    Nothing that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Please have a company clinic and change the Grab allowance to Grab Pay allowance. Thank you.

    I have been working at Grab full-time for less than a year

    Excellent work environment. Friendly people. Career growth is possible.

    Cons

    As of the moment, I can't find any downside with Grab.

    Advice to Management

    Instead of reimbursing the Grab allowance of up to P2,000.00 every month, maybe we can have it as a Grab credits so that we can use it in real time.

    I have been working at Grab full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The Environment at Grab really feels like you are part of the Family. They treat you with respect and they are very hospitable most specially to the new employee of the company. Grab provides good benefits for their employee.

    Cons

    In regards with the Transportation allowance should be converted to cash or Grab Credits.

    Advice to Management

    For the transportation allowance to be converted into cash or grab credits to make it more easier.
