    Pros

Attending some of the parties our clients hosted was a perk. The clients were the best part about Grace PR.

    Cons

The level of respect shown by upper management was non-existent. The office systems were inefficient and services/capabilities were misleading to clients.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be some sort of structure and a higher level of respect to employees that are putting in long hours. Credit needs to be given when appropriate.

    Cons

Everything else...doesn't pay employees on time, doesn't pay office bills such as phone and internet, doesn't respect employees, most unprofessional work environment I have ever experienced.
