    Pros

the staff is super friendly and dynamic, winter party was always fun, professionalism, flexible schedule, easy to sign up for jobs online

    Cons

there weren't any opportunities in place to discuss salary raise unless you've been working there for years

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Great opportunities to network with high end events.

    Cons

Owners clearly not experienced in management, and in tune to creating a positive culture. Staff committed to providing an excellent experience for vendors, in spite of lack of experience of owners.

    Advice to Management

It would behoove you to engage a consultant to review morale and current practices in place.

    Pros

Professional training, mostly a good staff to work with, & excellent food.

    Cons

Lack of communication, micro managing, unappreciative of staff's HARD work. Having to unload & load a truck or two for every gig.
It was like moving a one bedroom apartment or a house every time you worked a gig.

    Advice to Management

Communicate to all the staff not just some. Show some respect and appreciation to the people that represent your company.
