    There are no pros to working here

    Cons

    No breaks, Low pay, Heavy Lifting, Unprofessional management and operations, company does not have proper insurance for those driving their vehicles, unsafe for employees.

    I worked at Grads Professional Photography Studio part-time

    Pros

    They pay based on experience with a camera. The more you know and the better your work, the more you get paid. Get off work in the afternoons usually.

    Cons

    No benefits. Their work is seasonal, so there will be months long breaks in the year. Everyone in the company talks behind one another's backs. Good luck trying to get a job working in the studio. They tell you if you work hard enough doing the school shoots you will get in there, but that will never happen. Your shifts start in the wee hours of the morning, 5am, 6am, sometimes earlier or later. The number of hours a week you work will vary.
